Terms of service

These terms of service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the axendria service. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms.
1. Definitions
- Service: the axendria platform, including the web application, desktop application, telephone AI assistant, and email management.
- Provider: Axendria, Route de Prilly 9, 1004 Lausanne, Switzerland.
- User: any natural or legal person who creates an account on axendria.
- Subscription: the subscribed pricing plan (Free, Essential, Premium).
2. Service description
axendria provides an AI-based virtual assistant that:
- Answers incoming phone calls on the assigned Swiss number
- Classifies incoming emails into user-defined categories
- Prepares draft email replies
- Manages appointments via Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar
- Captures messages and creates tickets for complex requests
3. Account creation
To use the service, you must create an account with accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity carried out through your account.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into contracts.
4. Subscription and payment
4.1 Pricing plans
Three plans are offered:
- Free: 3-day trial, no credit card, 10 calls and 100 emails included
- Essential: 60 CHF / month, 200 calls and 1,000 emails included, Swiss number
- Premium: 215 CHF / month, unlimited calls and emails, Swiss number, priority support
All prices are in CHF, VAT included where applicable.
4.2 Trial period
The first 3 days are free, no commitment, no card required. After expiry, you must choose a paid plan to continue using the service.
4.3 Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payment is processed by Stripe. No card data is stored by axendria.
4.4 Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the app, with no notice period. You retain access until the end of the paid period. No refund is issued for the current period, except on request within the first month (satisfaction guarantee).
4.5 Price changes
We may change prices with 30 days notice by email. Changes apply to the next billing period. If you disagree, you can cancel without penalty.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use the service in compliance with the law and these Terms. You must not:
- Use the service for fraudulent, harassing, or illegal calls
- Attempt to circumvent your plan limits
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy the service
- Use the service for spam, phishing, or malicious activities
- Pass the assistant off as human to your customers (the assistant must always be able to identify itself as AI if asked)
- Use the service to process sensitive data (medical, confidential legal) without a specific agreement with us
In case of violation, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice or refund.
6. Intellectual property
The service, its code, design, trademarks, and content remain the exclusive property of the Provider. You obtain only a non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use, limited to the duration of your subscription.
The data you provide (configuration, instructions, content of your calls and emails) remains your property. We use it solely to provide the service.
7. Service availability
We strive to ensure 99% service availability, excluding scheduled maintenance. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Any interruptions, maintenance, or bugs do not give rise to a refund, unless they exceed 48 consecutive hours.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the AI will respond perfectly in all situations. You remain responsible for the content of calls and emails handled by your assistant.
Our total liability, in case of dispute, is limited to the amount paid for the service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the dispute.
We are not responsible for indirect damages, loss of revenue, loss of data, or reputational harm resulting from the use of the service.
9. Data protection
The processing of personal data is governed by our privacy policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms. Substantial changes will be notified to you by email at least 30 days in advance. By continuing to use the service after the changes take effect, you accept the new terms.
11. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time from the app. We may terminate your account in case of violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or non-payment.
Upon termination, you may export your data for 30 days. After that, it is deleted in accordance with our privacy policy.
12. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute regarding their interpretation or execution is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lausanne, Canton of Vaud, Switzerland.
